Batching Plant QC Engineer

Experienced QA/QC Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete production, batching plant operations, concrete quality control, and construction materials testing. Skilled in raw material inspection, batching process control, slump testing, temperature monitoring, compressive strength testing, mix design verification, and concrete performance evaluation in accordance with ASTM, BS, and project specifications. Experienced in coordinating with production, laboratory, and site teams to ensure consistent concrete quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Proficient in preparing QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), quality documentation, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high production standards. Strong understanding of Ready-Mix Concrete plant operations, quality assurance procedures, and customer requirements. Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama and willing to relocate anywhere within the Kingdom.
