Main Duties of Reservation Staff
📞 Handling Reservations
Receive booking requests by phone, email, website, or in person.
Enter reservation details into the reservation system.
Confirm bookings with customers.
📝 Maintaining Records
Keep reservation records accurate and up to date.
Modify, cancel, or reschedule reservations as requested.
Update availability information.
👥 Customer Service
Answer customer inquiries about prices, availability, facilities, and policies.
Provide information about services, promotions, and special offers.
Resolve booking-related issues and customer complaints.
💳 Processing Payments
Collect deposits or advance payments when required.
Verify payment information and issue receipts or confirmations.
🤝 Coordination
