Position: Production Manager – Vegetables & Fresh Produce
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily production operations
• Handle production planning and workforce coordination
• Ensure proper handling and processing of vegetables and fresh ingredients
• Monitor product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Improve production efficiency and minimize waste
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and quality teams
Requirements:
• Previous experience in food production, especially vegetables or fresh produce processing
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience in production planning and factory operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
