Responsibilities:
• Attend calls, greet visitors, and handle front desk operations
• Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
• Handle emails, correspondence, and basic administrative duties
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting records
• Assist in petty cash handling and bank reconciliation
• Support audit-related works and documentation
• Coordinate with residents, clients, suppliers, and staff when required
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge and working experience in Tally
• Experience in audit works and basic accounting tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, organized, and responsible
• Previous experience in property management is preferred, or willingness to learn the field
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Local Transfer only (Female preferred)
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Administration, or related field preferred.
