* Experience in mobilizing and attracting Manpower
* The ability to find solutions and generate useful ideas for development and growth.
* Experience in launching new projects and building strong client relationships
*Valid and transferable residency permit
* Extensive experience (10+ years) in safety, gas, and petrochemical companies.
*Large client base and strong relationships
*Valid Saudi driver's license
