ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships within the hospitality sector — including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, — and will play a key role in expanding our client base across the Kingdom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the hospitality and hotel supply sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement managers, purchasing teams, and decision-makers.
• Present, promote, and sell company products to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular field visits to clients across the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Requirements:
• Indian National with age below 35 years.
• Valid Saudi Iqama (transferable).
• Valid Saudi Driving Licence and personally owned vehicle.
• Basic working knowledge of Arabic language.
Professional Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Prior experience in hospitality supply, FF&E, linen, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
