Sales & Marketing Executive for Electro-Mechanical, HVAC-R contracting company:

A Sales & Marketing executive is required for an Electro-Mechanical, HVAC-R contracting company, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

1- Must have a Valid Bahraini Driving License.
2- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the electro-mechanical, HVAC-R, or MEP contracting industry.
4- Strong understanding of HVAC-R systems, spare parts, project sales cycles, and construction industry dynamics.
5- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new business.
7- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of local market and regulatory frameworks related to HVAC-R and MEP works.
2. Experience in working with government or semi-government clients is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with cost estimation, tendering, and proposal processes in contracting firms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electro-mechanical and HVAC-R sectors (residential, commercial, and industrial).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
• Ensuring generation of steady, sustainable & long-term sales from parts, services & projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
• Follow up on leads and project inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions and project tracking.
