We, Exact Technical Solutions Co., have our Head Office situated in Al Khobar.

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement In Charge with the qualifications listed below.

The Procurement In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end purchasing activities of the company. This role balances strategic sourcing with daily operational execution—ensuring that all raw materials, equipment, supplies, and services are procured at the optimal mix of cost, quality, and delivery speed, while strictly adhering to company compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors globally or locally.

* Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes from specification gathering to final evaluation.

* Maintain and update an organized, approved master vendor database.

* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment schedules, and delivery timelines to maximize cost efficiency.

* Collaborate with internal legal and finance departments to draft, review, and execute vendor contracts and Service Agreements.

* Monitor existing contracts to manage renewals, terminations, or renegotiations.

* Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and proper departmental authorization.

* Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

* Track shipments and coordinate closely with logistics, customs clearance agents, and warehouse teams to resolve delays or quantity/quality discrepancies.

* Monitor inventory levels in tandem with operations teams to accurately forecast future procurement needs and prevent stockouts.

* Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit and market trend analyses to identify saving opportunities.

* Work tightly with Accounts Payable to ensure smooth invoice reconciliation and vendor payment processing.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications are highly preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing. Prior experience in a supervisory or "in-charge" capacity is a significant plus.

Technical Skills:

High proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling for cost tracking).
