IT Technical Support

I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and have over 6 years of experience in IT instruction, technical support, and system administration. Most recently, I worked as an IT Instructor and Technical Support Specialist at King Saud University, where I taught Python, Microsoft Office, Cybersecurity, AI, and IoT while also providing technical support to students and staff. My background includes hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server administration, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, user account management, and IT troubleshooting. I also have experience in cybersecurity, web development, and data analysis. I am currently seeking opportunities in IT Support, Help Desk, System Administration, Technical Support, or Infrastructure Support roles, and I am available to join immediately.
