Important Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-Star and/or 5-Star hotel projects.
Candidates who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.
Open Positions
1. Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.
Support project delivery from design development through construction completion.
2. Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil construction activities on site.
Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, safety, and construction schedules.
3. Mechanical Engineer (MEP)
Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
Review and coordinate mechanical design drawings and shop drawings.
Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams.
4. Electrical Engineer (MEP)
Key Responsibilities
Manage electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
Review electrical designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
