Requirements:

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2017/2019/2022)
Windows Server Administration
SQL Performance Tuning, Query Optimization & Indexing
High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR)
Backup & Recovery Management
PowerShell Scripting and Automation
Database Security & Monitoring
