Assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, explain product features, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, arrange products, and support daily store sales.
Requirements:
Experience in retail sales or computer shop sales
Good knowledge of PCs, gaming PCs, laptops, components, and accessories
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to recommend products based on customer needs
Honest, active, presentable, and willing to learn
Able to work as part of a team
