Key Responsibilities
• Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with luggage, packages, and personal belongings as needed.
• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Provide directions and information about building facilities and services.
• Assist residents with move-in and move-out activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and common areas.
• Support the reception and security teams when required.
• Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to the appropriate department.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, residential buildings, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and packages safely.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
