Key Responsibilities
• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to company standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and public areas as required.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
