Job Description: -
â?¢ Study the project contract documents (BEP, TIDP, MIDP, Models, IFC drawings, BOQ, Specsâ?¦ etc.).
â?¢ Responsible for Revit Modeling team to ensure high quality modeling and low time waste
â?¢ Responsible for above ceiling service arrangement and coordination using Revit Software
� Responsible for coordination with other discipline (STR, ARCH, Elec., ID, LS ��. Etc.) for common
services and needs, such as Sleeves opening, Shaft Coordination, ceiling arrangement â?¦.
â?¢ Responsible for Reviewing the 3D model to avoid any technical problems and ensure coordination is
made with the Code & Project standards are being followed.
â?¢ Using Navisworks to ensure a non-clashed model (soft & hard) by following the clash matrix
Prepare/Modify the suitable families for the project to match the material submittal provided.
Revise the Revit model regularly to ensure (family-parameters-tags-â?¦. etc.) are correctly used.
â?¢ Prepare Requests for Information (RFI) when necessary.
â?¢ Responsible for Shop drawing preparation team to deliver drawings with high details and accuracy
Check material submittal to follow IFC drawing, Specs & BOQ, to avoid any site modification â?¢
Communicate with site team to ensure site condition and avoid misunderstanding of
information.
â?¢ Attends regular meeting with clients, consultant, Discipline Engineers to provide update on the
project progress and discuss any current or future issues.
