Key Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land Freight operations.
Experience working with freight forwarding platforms such as WLA, GLA and JCtrans.
Good understanding of transportation arrangements within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, carriers, and service providers.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficient in handling shipments, and managing customer inquiries.
Valid Saudi Iqama is mandatory.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate international and domestic freight shipments.
Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents and logistics partners.
Source competitive freight rates and prepare customer quotations.
Arrange transportation across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Ensure smooth execution of logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
