We are a growing Business Brokerage & Consultancy company in Bahrain seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to oversee and manage day-to-day operations, business development, client management, and deal coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with the company owner and will gradually take responsibility for managing most daily business activities, allowing the owner to focus on growth, strategy, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage buyer and seller inquiries
• Manage client relationships and communications
• Handle lead follow-up and qualification
• Manage business listings and marketing coordination
• Coordinate buyer-seller introductions
• Support negotiations and deal progression
• Maintain CRM and client databases
• Prepare reports and business updates
• Coordinate consultancy projects and client engagements
• Manage daily operational activities
• Monitor sales pipeline and deal stages
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities
• Assist with business development and partnership opportunities
• Implement and improve systems, processes, and SOPs
• Manage administrative and operational workflows
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Business Brokerage, Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Commercial Brokerage, Real Estate Brokerage, Business Consultancy, Business Development, Commercial Management, or Operations Management
• Experience managing client portfolios and sales pipelines
• Experience handling negotiations and commercial discussions
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Experience managing teams, operations, or business units
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Requirements:
