BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER – BAHRAIN

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join a growing Bahrain-based company operating in business brokerage, consultancy, and business services.

This role is suitable for someone with strong experience in sales, business development, operations, client management, and overall business coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with company management and gradually take responsibility for managing day-to-day activities and supporting business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer, seller, and client inquiries
• Manage lead follow-up and client communication
• Coordinate business listings and marketing activities
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
• Assist with negotiations and deal coordination
• Monitor ongoing opportunities and follow-up activities
• Support consultancy projects and client engagements
• Prepare reports and business updates
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency
• Coordinate administrative and operational activities
• Support business development and partnership initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Arabic is an advantage
• GCC experience preferred
• Open to local and overseas candidates willing to relocate to Bahrain
