In my recent tenure at S.A. TALKE, I was responsible for: Strategic Compliance: Orchestrating site operations to align strictly with S.A. TALKE standards and SABIC’s "Ten Significant Life-Saving Rules".
Performance Auditing: Conducting rigorous daily observation reports (DOR), weekly housekeeping audits, and monthly permit audits for direct submission to SABIC HSE Management.
Proactive Risk Management: Maintaining and updating critical safety documentation, including Risk Assessments, SAFER, and JSA, to ensure a safe system of work at all times.
Incident Prevention Leadership: Driving Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs and high-risk mapping initiatives to foster a culture of reporting and zero-harm.
