Interpret structural steel drawings, shop drawings, and erection details for execution.
Plan and supervise steel fabrication and erection works as per project schedule.
Coordinate with consultants, design team, and QA/QC for approvals and technical clarifications.
Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, fitting, welding, drilling, and assembly.
Ensure steel erection works (alignment, leveling, bolting, welding) meet design specifications.
Verify material quality, MTCs, and ensure compliance with approved standards and drawings.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC for WIRs, ITPs, and testing activities.
Resolve technical issues and coordination problems during fabrication and erection works.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules and safe working practices at site and workshop.
Monitor daily progress, manpower productivity, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
