Position: Lab Technician on rental basis

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Technician on rental basis for Sugar Plant.
Requirements:
Diploma in Chemical Technology/Chemical Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Lab Technician in a sugar plant, food processing industry, or a related manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control standards, and chemical analysis.
Ability to operate laboratory equipment and maintain accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine laboratory analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory documentation.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and support process improvement initiatives.
