Qualification:
• B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) or M.Tech (Power/Electrical)
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.
• Drive business growth for EPC projects involving substations, transmission lines, electrification, metering, and power infrastructure.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping across global markets.
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, government agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, industry conferences, and business forums.
• Support proposal development, pre-qualification processes, and business negotiations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor global power sector trends, regulations, and competitive developments.
• Provide strategic recommendations for expansion into new geographies and market segments.
• Support leadership in identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of international markets and techno-commercial aspects of power projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
