Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling of construction/MEP projects
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Ability to prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, and look-ahead schedules
Experience in monitoring project progress and preparing weekly/monthly reports
Knowledge of resource loading, cost loading, and progress measurement
Ability to analyze delays and prepare extension of time (EOT) submissions
Strong coordination skills with project teams, consultants, and clients
Saudi Arabia project experience preferred
