I am looking for a single person to accomodate in a single room in Sharafiya. South Indian will be preferred. Room has AC, Bed, kitchen utensils, washing machine, fridge etc. rent should be paid every 3 months in advance, electricity bill will be shared in three rooms. 2 wahroom, water 24 hours (no additional charge).
