Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Large Format UV Printing Machines.
- Handle daily printing jobs efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor print quality and color consistency.
- Prepare print files using RIP software.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Manage media loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Coordinate with production management to meet delivery schedules.
- Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience operating Large Format Printing Machines.
- Experience with UV printers is preferred.
- Knowledge of RIP software and print file preparation.
- Understanding of different advertising materials such as flex, vinyl, one-way vision, frosted film, canvas, wallpaper, mesh, backlit film, and related media.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues independently.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with Ricoh printhead machines will be an advantage.
