1. Conduct inspection of welding, steel structure erection, and fit-out installation works as per approved drawings and specifications.
2. Verify materials received on site and ensure compliance with project requirements.
3. Inspect weld joint preparation, fit-up, alignment, and completed welds.
4. Ensure welding activities are performed according to approved WPS and applicable standards.
5. Review welder qualifications, welding records, and related documentation.
6. Coordinate and witness NDT activities such as VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT.
7. Monitor steel structure installation, bolt tightening, alignment, and dimensional accuracy.
8. Inspect fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and finishing installations.
9. Raise inspection requests (RFI) and coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals.
10. Identify quality issues and initiate NCRs and corrective actions when required.
11. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
12. Verify work completion according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
13. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality procedures.
14. Conduct final inspections and punch-list clearance before handover.
15. Coordinate with construction, fabrication, and project teams to maintain quality requirements throughout the project.
