Responsibilities:
- Office Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for staff and management.
- Document Creation: Draft, proofread, and format emails, memos, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring files are accurate and confidential.

Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Computer Knowledge
- Positive Attitude
