We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Engineer to join our team in Jubail. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing manpower supply contracts and long-term projects directly from petrochemical, refinery, and industrial companies, as well as identifying opportunities for shutdown and turnaround projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure manpower supply contracts, shutdown projects, and long-term service agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with petrochemical and industrial companies in Jubail and the Eastern Province.
- Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and project needs.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project mobilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a petrochemical, refinery, or major industrial company in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in business development, manpower services, shutdowns, turnarounds, or industrial projects.
- Strong network and relationships within petrochemical companies in Jubail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
