• Conduct Toolbox talk along with concern construction Supervisors/Foremen.
• Inspect all site activities, Tools and Equipment, that it is done according to the safety management system.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly inspection of power tools, equipment used at the site.
• Report Near miss and Incident.
• Report all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Submission of daily safety observations report.
• Ensure suitable to the task, PPEs.
• Assist during emergency response drills.
• Serves as the link between site management and contractor/workforce towards communication and addressing of safety issues.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation of the entire site (welfare facilities).
• Consistent review of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) ensuring all risks are reduced to as Low as Reasonably Practicable.
• Attend and contribute at HSE meetings such as, weekly, monthly HSE and progress meetings.
• Prepare and maintain relevant HSE logs and documentations.
• Inspection and assessment of work permits (hot work permit, cold work permit, electrical and instrumentation work permit, confined space entry permit) issue prior to start of activities.
• Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.
