We work closely with consultants, developers, main contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver technically compliant and cost-effective HVAC solutions.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable HVAC Sales Engineer with strong technical understanding and established market connections to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, developing client relationships, and converting inquiries into awarded HVAC contracts.
This role requires a balance of engineering expertise, commercial acumen, and strong industry networking within the Saudi construction market.
Key Responsibilities
1.Identify, develop, and secure new HVAC project opportunities across the KSA market
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners
3.Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for technical compliance
4.Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams
5.Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits as required
6.Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and convert inquiries into secured orders
7.Maintain a structured pipeline of ongoing, upcoming, and potential projects
8.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy
Required Qualifications & Skills
a). Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
b). 6 10 years of experience in HVAC sales, MEP contracting, or ducting industry
c). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation, and ducting systems
d). Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs
e). Proven track record in HVAC project sales and client acquisition
f). Strong network within the Saudi construction and MEP market (consultants/contractors advantage)
g). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
h). Valid Saudi driving license preferred
i). Transferable Iqama preferred (for expatriate candidates)
