We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Mechanical Inspector with a strong background in piping and structural fabrication within the Saudi Aramco supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all fabricated products meet Saudi Aramco engineering standards, SAES specifications, and applicable international codes, supporting our 9COM-approved manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspection of fabricated piping spools and structural steel assemblies
Conduct weld inspection (VT, RT, UT, PT, MT) per ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, and Saudi Aramco SAES standards
Review and verify WPS, PQR, and WPQ documents for compliance
Prepare and submit QC reports, NCRs, and inspection release notes
Liaise directly with Saudi Aramco and third-party inspection agencies (TPI)
Oversee surface treatment and hot-dip galvanizing QC per ASTM A123
Maintain and update ITP, QCP, and MTC documentation
Support 9COM scope audits and client hold-point witness inspections
Mentor and guide junior QC inspectors on site
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of QC mechanical inspection experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector
Saudi Aramco direct project experience mandatory
Thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco 9COM vendor approval system and SAES/SAMSS standards
Proficiency in ASME B31.3 (Piping), ASME VIII (Pressure Vessels), AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding)
Certified CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI or equivalent welding inspection qualification
ASNT Level II NDT certification (RT, UT, PT, MT)
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation
Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
