Key Responsibilities
• Client inquiries: Manage daily customer requests, assess requirements, and prepare tailored quotations.
• Supplier coordination: Liaise with 3–5 suppliers for pricing, product follow-up, and order communication.
• Quotation preparation: Prepare 5–10 quotations weekly/monthly depending on project flow.
• Order processing: Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory transactions using Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Client communication: Provide daily updates and customer support via email and phone.
• Collections management: Follow up on unpaid invoices according to agreed payment terms.
• Team supervision: Lead a 4–5 person aftersales team, ensuring strong client satisfaction and feedback handling.
• Financial reporting: Prepare project-based profit and loss reports for management and accounting teams.
• International supplier coordination: Coordinate with suppliers in the US, China, Turkey, and Europe for production, payments, and logistics.
• Equipment support: Assist with industrial-grade cooking and refrigeration equipment operations for commercial kitchen projects.
• Process improvement: Improve response times, reduce delays, and strengthen aftersales service coordination.
