• Collaborating with team members in managing RFI and RFP opportunities based on preset bid plans; assisting the management in preparing qualitive bids for acquiring profitable contracts related to fuel oil projects.
• Preparing and evaluating Bill of Materials, verifying and obtaining clarifications from stakeholders based on requirements.
• Evaluating bid response rates and other market dynamics for ascertaining bid effectiveness. Interacting with team members in effectively implementing bids.
• Interacting with Clients, Consultant, Woqod, PSEC & Ministry of Energy.
• Coordinating with design department in evaluating technical specifications and engineering drawings for installing testing and commissioning of fuel & LPG projects.
• Preparation of Technical Submittal for the selected materials of the system.
• Preparation Method statement for installation, testing & commissioning of the system.
• Assisting draughtsman for the preparation of shop drawing, as built drawing & redline drawing.
• Measuring components using precision instruments to ensure they match blueprints and CAD models.
• Carrying out installation inspections of storage tanks, pipes, pumps & final inspections with project consultant/client.
• Verifying the dimensional accuracy, alignment, orientation and fit-up of equipment.
• Conducting inspections at site & fabrication yard.
• Witnessing hydrostatic & pneumatic pressure tests as per ASME/ API standards.
• Ensuring proper storage & protection of equipment during fabrication, transport, and installation.
• Identifying non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate inspection records, logs & reports.
• Participate in mechanical completion, punch listing, pre-commissioning & final acceptance inspections
• Preparation of operation & maintenance manual for the system.
• Generating awareness amongst employees on site safety and implementing various safety parameters across the operation.
• Following up with contractors and laborers in maintaining project schedules.
• Optimizing resource utilization by distributing and reviewing as-building jobs and by streamlining various internal processes.
• Prepare & developing the Schedules in according to standards of Contract Specifications.
• Managing and organizing Level -4 schedules in PRIMAVERA.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
