Required Qualifications / Skills:
• Extensive experience in overhauling, troubleshooting, and commissioning MTU marine engines.
• Ability to lead and supervise technicians.
• Experience in performing troubleshooting using MTU diagnostic tool.
• Ability to professionally represent MAKEEN and effectively coordinate the project with the customer or the end user (RSNF).
Job Description:
• Lead and supervise the teams in the RSNF Bases.
• Perform the required preventive maintenance for the fleet and follow MTU procedures and manuals.
• Perform daily / weekly meetings with the customer to discuss the ongoing activities and weekly plans.
• Ensure proper use and handling of tools at site.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices at site.
• Perform troubleshooting and sea trials as need for MTU engines in the RSNF fleet.
