Key Responsibilities
1.Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems, including field instruments like flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level sensors, and control valves.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on Field Instruments and control equipment.
• Ensure all instrumentation is functioning correctly and meets operational requirements.
2.Troubleshooting and Repairs:
• Maintaining field Instruments Control valves and Control system
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in field instrumentation and control systems.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues.
3.System Optimization:
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to optimize control systems for improved plant performance.
• PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
4.Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations.
5.Documentation and Reporting:
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations in the plant’s maintenance management system.
• Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
