We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh and lead the successful delivery of mechanical engineering and construction projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanicalengineering, construction, or project management.
Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects from planning through completion.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
GCC or Middle East project experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee mechanical projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
