I am Muhammad Furqan, basically from Pakistan but currently working as a food safety and hygiene manager here in Riyadh , I have more than 5 years of experience in this field as 3 years I have worked in hotel line Pakistan and now almost 2 years m here in Saudi Arabia.
As a manager I am responsible for developing and enforcing strict cleaning and sanitation schedules, ensuring all food prep, storage, and service areas comply with HACCP, GMP, and local health regulations. This includes supervising staff training on hygiene practices, managing safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals, overseeing pest control, monitoring waste disposal, and conducting regular audits to prevent cross-contamination. The core role is to maintain a contamination-free environment, uphold the highest sanitation standards, and keep the facility fully compliant and inspection-ready at all times.
