We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive venue bookings and promote our event and banquet facilities. The role involves generating new business, handling inquiries, securing bookings, coordinating client requirements, and supporting marketing activities.
Our venue hosts weddings, corporate events, conferences, training sessions, product launches, exhibitions, pop-up sales, birthday parties, and other special events.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve booking targets.
Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Conduct venue tours and presentations for prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and booking documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and other customers.
Manage social media platforms and support marketing campaigns.
Coordinate client requirements and communicate event details to relevant teams.
Follow up on payments, customer communications, and booking confirmations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and sales activities.
Requirements
Experience in banquet hall, event venue, hospitality, or event sales is preferred.
Candidates with a strong background in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
