Administrative Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate should be currently residing in Bahrain, available to join immediately, and possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation as required.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Requirements
Currently residing in Bahrain.
Available for immediate joining.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Bahrain or the GCC region.
Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures.
