Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or real estate development.
Good knowledge of the Saudi market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new projects and business opportunities.
Generate leads for design, supervision, and project management services.
Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Promote the company's services to government and private entities.
Monitor tender opportunities and market developments.
Coordinate with the Proposals & Estimation Department for technical and financial submissions.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Prepare periodic reports on opportunities and prospects.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
