We are looking for experienced professionals for our Roll Forming Machine Production Unit manufacturing Gypsum Board Profiles, Studs, Tracks, and Channels.
Positions Available
1. Foreman / Supervisor
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in roll forming machine operations and gypsum profile manufacturing.
Must have extensive hands-on experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, setup, and adjustment.
Should be capable of independently performing machine maintenance and roller adjustments to ensure smooth production and product quality.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, workforce supervision, and preventive maintenance.
2. Machine Operators
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in roll forming machine operations.
Experience in manufacturing gypsum board profiles, studs, tracks, and channels.
Must have practical knowledge of roller setup and adjustment according to different profile and channel specifications.
Ability to identify production issues and assist in machine adjustments for quality output.
Requirements
Relevant industrial experience is mandatory.
Experience in roll forming machines for gypsum profile manufacturing is preferred.

**2. مشین آپریٹر**
* کم از کم 4 سال کا متعلقہ تجربہ۔
* جپسم پروفائل، اسٹڈ، ٹریک اور چینلز کی مینوفیکچرنگ کا تجربہ۔
* مختلف پروفائلز اور چینلز کے مطابق رولرز کی سیٹنگ اور ایڈجسٹمنٹ کا عملی علم لازمی۔
* کوالٹی ایشوز کی نشاندہی اور مشین ایڈجسٹمنٹ میں معاونت کی صلاحیت۔

* متعلقہ صنعتی تجربہ لازمی ہے۔
* رول فارمِنگ مشینوں کا تجربہ رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
