Requirement:
• 1–2 years of painting and blasting experience, with knowledge of paint mixing and application
• Prepare surfaces before painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping, and proper feathering paint)
• Ensure proper mixing as per specifications.
• Follow approved painting procedure, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to project specifications, drawings, and coating requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members for smooth workflow.
• Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations during all painting activities
