I began as a Payroll Analyst, reviewing and auditing payroll and time-related cases using multiple internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. I later transitioned into the HR Mandatory Documents Compliance team, supporting the EMEA region.
This role involved coordinating with recruitment, onboarding, and document management teams to ensure all new hire and rehire documentation was completed prior to start dates. I tracked timelines, resolved compliance gaps, prepared audit reports, and worked extensively with dashboards and reporting tools.
