We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations and lead a team responsible for inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch activities.
This position is suitable for candidates with warehouse operations experience who are ready to take ownership of team performance, productivity, and operational accuracy.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse activities
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes
• Monitor productivity and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operations management
• Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities
• Prepare daily operational reports
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operations
• Previous experience leading warehouse staff is preferred
• Experience in inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
• Basic computer skills
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
