Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base (food, chemicals, oils, water, and other industries).

• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability.

• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products.

• Suggest product development opportunities based on market demand.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably in the plastic, packaging, or industrial products sector.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
