Responsibilities:
Install and maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems
Install main pillars, meter cutouts, and service
connections
Perform cable laying, glanding, and termination
Install and connect MDB, SMDB, and DB panels
Read and follow electrical drawings and load schedules
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
Test electrical systems using proper tools and equipment
Ensure all work is completed according to SEC standards
Follow safety procedures and use PPE properly
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and team
members on site Maintain tools and equipment in good
condition
Complete work within project deadlines and quality
standards Installation of street lighting poles and control
panels
Connection of service cables from transformer to main
pillar Installation and fixing of cable trays and conduits
Performing insulation resistance (IR) and continuity tests
Assisting in transformer energization and shutdown
procedures Replacing damaged cables, breakers, and
electrical components Ensuring proper earthing and
grounding systems installation Monitoring voltage levels

Preparing daily work reports and updating progress to
supervisor Supporting testing and inspection activities
