Position Title: Welding QC Inspector (Saudi Aramco Approved)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting welding and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable international codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform fit-up, in-process, and final welding inspections.
Verify WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, and material certificates.
Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, API, and Saudi Aramco standards.
Witness and coordinate NDT activities (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT).
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Identify non-conformities and follow up corrective actions.
Coordinate inspections with clients and Saudi Aramco representatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC welding inspection experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Valid Saudi Aramco Approval as Welding Inspector.
CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification preferred.
Knowledge of ASME Section IX, B31.3, and Saudi Aramco standards.
