I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, and data analysis. My technical skills include configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches, networking concepts, VLANs, routing and switching, Active Directory, Windows administration, hardware and software support, and network monitoring.
In addition, I have experience working with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards, generate reports, and analyze business data for decision-making.
I also hold a valid Saudi Arabia driving license, which allows me to travel for onsite support and fieldwork when required.
