Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate fabrication, fit-up, welding, grinding, and painting activities.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety requirements.
Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors for inspections and testing.
Review material availability and report shortages.
Maintain production records and progress reports.
