• Assemble, level, and install heavy industrial rotating machinery including high-pressure pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and fin-fans.
• Perform precise reverse dial indicator and laser alignments to satisfy strict tolerance specifications and minimize operational wear.
• Direct and execute the safe hoisting, rigging, and maneuvering of heavy plant assets using cranes, jacks, and specialized lift trucks.
• Inspect malfunctioning machinery to diagnose vibration issues, mechanical faults, or component failures, executing swift corrective repairs to avoid site downtime.
• Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering schematics, structural layouts, and vendor manuals to determine accurate work sequences.
• Modify, grind, fabricate, or repair machine foundations and defective parts utilizing arc welding and brazing equipment.
• Adhere rigidly to KSA construction safety standards, including Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related vocational discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Millwright on heavy EPC, petrochemical, or oil and gas construction projects.
• Mandatory Project Approval: Holding a Saudi Aramco CWQAP (Contractor Workforce Qualification and Assurance Program) certification or SABIC approval is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, and machinery lubrication systems.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient verbal and written English communication skills for reporting and interpreting technical manuals.
